Digital Marketing Executive

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join its marketing team in Cayman.

Caymanian status holder and rights to work applications only at this time.

This is an opportunity for a confident, hands-on marketer who can hit the ground running, manage campaigns independently, and engage credibly with senior stakeholders. We're looking for someone who brings strong technical digital marketing expertise, commercial awareness, and experience working in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage social media activity, content scheduling and audience engagement.
• Support paid advertising initiatives including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Assist with website content, email marketing, webinars, podcasts and digital content distribution.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide actionable insights.
• Track key metrics including engagement, lead generation and ROI.

About You

• Ideally you will have 5+ years' digital marketing experience, within professional services.
• Proven experience running and optimising digital campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media, paid media and audience targeting.
• Comfortable discussing digital marketing strategy and technical concepts.
• Experience with marketing and social media management platforms.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
