Senior Litigation Paralegal

A rare opportunity has arisen within a law firm for an experienced Dispute Resolution Paralegal to join a growing offshore firm specialising in complex litigation and insolvency matters.

This is a low-volume, high-value practice where quality, precision, and efficiency matter the most. The role sits at the centre of a busy but highly structured disputes team working alongside some of the strongest offshore dispute resolution lawyers in the jurisdiction.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years’ recent experience in dispute resolution and case management, with a strong background in complex commercial litigation and insolvency matters. Recent, hands-on experience is essential.

A key feature of this role is a strong emphasis on technology adoption and optimisation, particularly the effective use of AI tools in legal workflow management, drafting, document review, and case preparation. The ideal candidate will be confident using modern legal tech and actively interested in improving efficiency through AI-enabled processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting court documents, pleadings, and procedural applications and support with court bundles.
• Managing disclosure and discovery exercises in complex matters.
• Leveraging technology and AI tools to streamline drafting, review, and workflow processes.
• Providing proactive support to fee earners in fast-moving litigation and insolvency cases.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5+ years’ recent experience in dispute resolution.
• Strong case management and procedural knowledge essential.
• Advanced competence with legal technology and AI tools is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to improve workflows through technology adoption.
