The Role

The Operations Manager will be the central force aligning people, processes, and performance—ensuring the business runs smoothly while preserving its premium service promise. You’ll oversee four key departments, support senior leadership, and help refine internal systems for efficiency, scalability, and excellence. This isn’t a “reinvention” role—it’s about thoughtful evolution. Small, strategic improvements. Smarter systems. Smoother flow. Better performance. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team across Warehouse, Admin, Sales, and Design functions
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful culture rooted in performance and accountability
  • Guide hiring, training, and professional development initiatives

Operations & Systems

  • Oversee stock management and purchasing models with attention to both inventory and project needs
  • Refine workflows across departments to enhance both team efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of internal systems (ERP/CRM)

Strategic Coordination

  • Work closely with senior leadership to execute business development and growth strategies
  • Support lead generation efforts and ensure strong internal coordination on client projects
  • Prepare and present performance reports on key metrics (sales, efficiency, inventory)

Financial Oversight

  • Coordinate with external accounting providers to ensure timely monthly reporting
  • Monitor departmental budgets and help ensure financial health aligns with growth targets

Who We’re Looking For

  • A confident professional with proven leadership experience in operations
  • Ideally from a luxury, lifestyle, design, or high-end service background
  • Calm under pressure, highly organized, and detail-obsessed
  • Financially literate, analytical, and results-focused
  • Discreet, personable, and comfortable navigating high-expectation environments
  • On-island candidates preferred; relocation considered for exceptional candidates
