The Role
We are seeking a seasoned and entrepreneurial Managing Director, Client Origination & Advisory to lead our global client acquisition efforts and drive business growth. This is a key leadership position for an individual who thrives in high-trust, high-stakes environments and is motivated by building lasting relationships with UHNW families.

As MD, you will be at the forefront of the firm's expansion—introducing new clients, overseeing bespoke advisory mandates, and ensuring delivery that exceeds expectations. You will report directly to the Chairman and work closely with both internal consultants and external partners to deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and secure new UHNW client relationships globally

• Act as a trusted adviser on complex cross-border structuring, succession planning, and family governance

• Lead execution of client mandates, including delegation, oversight, and quality control

• Build the firms brand and reputation across relevant UHNW networks

• Collaborate with legal, tax, fiduciary, and family office professionals to deliver seamless, high-value outcomes

• A proven leader in private client advisory, family office, trust, or fiduciary services

• Deep credibility within UHNW circles, with an established personal network

• Strong technical expertise in cross-border structuring, legal, tax, and succession matters

• Commercially astute, client-obsessed, and delivery-oriented

• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in a growing firm with a hands-on leadership style
