Operations Analyst opportunity - within a digital Asset Management Firm

Location: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands

Our client is decentralized finance (DeFi) platform — essentially an on-chain lending marketplace that connects institutional borrowers (like crypto firms and real-world businesses) with investors/lenders through permissioned lending poolsBuilt on the belief that finance should be more open, efficient, and transparent, this growing business has already facilitated billions in lending. This is a forward-thinking, ambitious firm that’s helping to shape the next generation of asset management—and they’re just getting started.

 

The Role:

Our client is seeking an Operations Analyst to be based Grand Cayman, who will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day flow of transactions and operations processes.

 

  • Business partnering and collaboration with originations, operations and data teams
  • Onboarding & CRM Management
  • Reporting: Generating activity reports both internally and externally to clients
  • Portfolio Management: Maintain deal pipelines, risk spreadsheets and project trackers
  • Transactions Execution: Support the execution of borrowing and lending transactions
  • Product & Process improvement: take the opportunity to support on strategic projects and initiatives

 

The ideal candidate:

  • Must be currently living in the Cayman Islands
  • Experience of working in a Financial Services setting - experience supporting a sales or trading desk at a bank or hedge fund would be most beneficial
  • Exposure to or interest in financial markets, fintech, or digital assets
  • Strong attention to detail and an organised, proactive work style
  • Confident working with numbers and data - comfortable in Excel

 

The Compensation:

  • Basic Salary USD$100,000-$140,000 DOE- paid in your choice of crypto or local currency
