Accounts Assistant

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their Cayman office. This position will play a key role in supporting the firm’s monthly billing process across Corporate and Dispute Resolution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and issue client invoices in line with firm standards
  • Coordinate the full monthly billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Process write-offs and billing adjustments in collaboration with partners and attorneys
  • Reconcile billed and unbilled balances
  • Handle client billing queries with professionalism and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a billing or accounts support role, ideally within a law firm. Those from other professional services environment will also be considered.
  • Proficient in billing systems and Excel; AdEx experience would be a real advantage however it is not essential.
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively within a team.
  • This is a role within a prestigious law firm and so someone who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and has experience working in another busy accounts department is essential.
