Change Management Manager

A leading international offshore law firm is seeking an experienced Change Management Manager to support the delivery of a global programme. With a strong presence across major financial centres worldwide, the organisation provides services to a prestigious international client base.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in large-scale transformation programme designed to enhance operational excellence, improve client experience, and support long-term strategic objectives.

The Role
The role will focus on a major client transformation programme, supporting the implementation of improved processes, procedures, and enabling technologies. Over time, the position will contribute to additional strategic initiatives.

Working closely with programme teams, senior leadership, and external partners, the role will design and execute change strategies that maximise adoption, engagement, and business readiness across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the Head of Change Management who is based in the Cayman Islands office and support them with developing and implement structured change management strategies.
  • Assess change impacts and design interventions to support successful adoption.
  • Design and deliver communication strategies therefore it is important you have experience of delicately handling communication.
  • Perform stakeholder analysis and manage engagement plans. You need to be confident in a front facing change management role. You will regularly be presenting and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders within the business and external clients.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans throughout the programme lifecycle
  • Engage senior leaders to enable effective sponsorship of change initiatives.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of change activities.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience leading large-scale organisational change initiatives. This experience should be gained in a professional services environment. Those with organisational change management skills within another international law firm is ideal and these applications will be prioritised.
  • Degree in business or an appropriate discipline, ideally with a further qualification in change management.
  • Experience operating within complex, matrixed, multinational organisations operating in many jurisdictions is preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive engagement. You should be the type of person willing to role your sleaves up and be front facing, leading the way with the implementation of organisational change.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This is not a project manager role, we are really seeking to find career change management specialists from within a professional services environment.
