Foodservice Sales Representative

Cayman Islands | Full-Time

A well-established food distribution company in the Cayman Islands is seeking a Foodservice Sales Representative to join its growing sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-focused professional with strong food industry knowledge to manage and grow a portfolio of hospitality and foodservice clients across the island.

About the Role

Reporting to the Foodservice Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with restaurants, hotels, and hospitality clients
• Managing sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Upselling quality food, grocery, chemical, and disposable products
• Scheduling and attending regular client visits
• Identifying new business opportunities within the foodservice sector
• Processing orders and learning internal company systems
• Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, competitive market

This role follows a Monday to Friday schedule plus every other Saturday. While primarily daytime hours, flexibility is required, as hospitality clients may require communication outside standard business hours, particularly during peak season (November - April).

Who We’re Looking For

We are open to candidates with either:

• Sales experience in the foodservice industry, OR
• Culinary experience at Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef level

Ideal candidates will have:

• Extensive knowledge of foodservice products, grocery items, chemicals, and disposables
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A strong work ethic and positive, proactive attitude
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• A valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary CI$45K – 55K per annum (based on experience) + commission
• Company vehicle provided (including license, insurance, and fuel budget)
