Residential Bartender – Cayman Islands

We are seeking an exceptional Bartender to join a private residence in the Cayman Islands, providing a world-class, personalized service experience to discerning residents and guests.

About the Role:
This is not your typical bartending position — it’s an opportunity to bring luxury hospitality into a private, high-end setting. You’ll be the face of the bar, creating an inviting, relaxed atmosphere while delivering bespoke service and top-quality drinks.

Schedule:

• Working days: Thursday to Monday

• Hours: 10am – 7pm or 12pm – 9pm (depending on season and events)

• 15 days annual leave

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, discreet, and memorable bar service to residents and guests.

• Anticipate and remember members’ preferences — their favourite cocktails, wines, and spirits.

• Craft high-end cocktails and offer wine recommendations with politeness and confidence.

• Maintain the bar area to impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization.

• Complete monthly inventory and ensure all stock levels are managed effectively.

• During quieter periods, take initiative to stay proactive and engaged.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or private residences, ideally with high-net-worth clientele.

• A personable, energetic, and professional attitude.

• Strong mixology skills and a passion for creating outstanding drinks.

• Solid wine knowledge; WSET Level 1 or 2 certification is a strong advantage.

• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to quiet periods.
