Senior Compliance Analyst
An established and growing organisation within the Cayman Islands is seeking Compliance Analysts and Senior Compliance Analysts to join its expanding team.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting time to join the business. Following a period of sustained growth and recent success in winning new business the compliance function is evolving to meet increased demand. Coincided with new business this highly regarded company is undergoing a new system transformation, creating additional project exposure alongside core day-to-day responsibilities.
The Team
You will be joining a well-structured and collaborative compliance department of approximately twelve compliance professionals. This well-established department has clear reporting lines and strong leadership in place to support your own career growth. The team offers a supportive environment with opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues and gain exposure across a broad range of compliance activities.
The Roles
Opportunities are available at both Compliance Analyst and Senior Compliance Analyst level with responsibilities likely to include:
- Supporting the delivery of the firm’s compliance framework. Conduct client and matter due diligence, including AML/CFT risk assessments, CDD collection/review, screening (PEPs, sanctions), and appropriate escalation of high-risk cases.
- Assisting with regulatory monitoring and internal controls - support the wider compliance framework by advising internal stakeholders, assisting with ongoing monitoring, audits, and contributing to compliance projects.
Senior Compliance Analysts will also have the opportunity to take on increased responsibility, mentor junior team members, and play a more active role in strategic initiatives.
Experience:
- You must have upwards of two years’ compliance experience for the Compliance Analyst role.
- To be considered for the Senior Compliance Analyst you must have upwards of four years’ experience.
- You must have compliance experience within financial or professional services and ideally have your ACAMS/ICA qualification or working towards this.
