Concierge Manager

Baraud is exclusively supporting a luxury, high end development on Seven Mile seeking a Concierge Manager. This individual will be a right-hand support to the highly experienced Property Manager and individuals with a wealth of luxury hospitality experience and high-end concierge experience for high-net-worth individuals are encouraged to apply.

This role seeks someone with incredible soft skills and emotional intelligence. In this role you will be the Head of Concierge Services responsible for overseeing a team of thirty individuals and so management/supervisory experience is sought. You will also be supported by another concierge member who works on a part-time basis and will report into you directly.

What separates this Concierge Manager from other hospitality roles is that you will be integrated into the property owners’ lives, and so you must have excellent relationship building skills and really enjoy building long-term relationships. You will be an extended arm to their lives within this Seven Mile development and be at hand to support their lives in these private residences.

As with any concierge role you will be required to support the owners of this development with any concierge needs which can range from travel support, events and catering support, internal maintenance and many other days to day responsibilities. You will manage the food and beverage, maintenance and house keeping.

Required Attributes:
-Excellent communication skills.
-Experience ideally in hospitality concierge or residency with high-net-worth individuals.
-Ability to multitask and manage various different tasks and deadlines with ease.
-This opportunity is for a five-day working week but there is an expectation should something urgent occur you are at hand to support and help.
-You must be a reliable individual who prides themselves on their customer service skills and going above and beyond when required.
