Job Description

Our client, a dynamic and innovative organization, is seeking an experienced and reliable HR Coordinator to join their growing team in Grand Cayman. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and eager to grow in their career.


  • Support HR administration tasks, including organizing performance reviews and benefits administration.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of employee work permit applications.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including addressing employee issues and concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
  • Assist with HR reporting and analytics, compiling data and preparing reports for management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.


  • 2+ years’ HR experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of work permit procedures & processes is desirable.
  • A reliable person who can be discreet in a sensitive setting.
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
