Human Resources Manager (Professional Services)

An established and growing professional services organisation with a workforce of 300+ employees is seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to join its collaborative HR team.

The Role
Reporting to the HR Director, you will join a team of sizeable team of HR professionals and play a key role in delivering a broad range of HR services across the organisation. This is a varied, hands-on position with both operational and strategic exposure.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing immigration processes, including maintaining trackers, coordinating regulatory updates, and liaising on compliance requirements
• Administering employee benefits
• Supporting and coordinating a well-established scholarship programme
• Overseeing payroll processes and ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Supporting broader HR initiatives and contributing to team projects

The Team
You will work within a supportive HR structure comprising senior leadership, experienced managers, and associates. Collaboration is central to the team’s success, and this role requires someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Experience

• Approximately 5+ years of HR experience (professional services background preferred, but not essential)
• Experience in mid-to-large sized professional services organisations is advantageous, but not essential
• Open to candidates from operational management backgrounds with relevant HR exposure
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and a genuine team player
