With multiple luxury projects and properties in the pipeline, this is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in creative, design-led work - curating furnishings, styling interiors, and delivering polished, photo-ready spaces that truly wow clients.

The studio offers a collaborative, design-focused culture, making this an ideal role for someone who values both creativity and balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Styling

  • Develop decorative concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations
  • Curate furniture, lighting, textiles, artwork, and accessories
  • Create cohesive color palettes and material schemes
  • Style completed interiors for client handover and photography

Client Engagement

  • Lead client consultations to understand lifestyle, taste, and budget
  • Present selections, samples, and design concepts
  • Refine proposals based on feedback

Procurement & Installation

  • Source products from vendors, showrooms, and trade suppliers
  • Prepare FF&E specifications and documentation
  • Track orders, deliveries, and lead times
  • Coordinate installation, staging, and final styling

Collaboration

  • Work closely with interior designers and project managers
  • Support project timelines, selections, and documentation
  • Maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships

Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience in interior decorating, styling, or residential design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing layouts, styling, and aesthetic direction
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or AutoCAD
  • Solid knowledge of furniture, textiles, finishes, and current design trends
  • Excellent visual judgement, organization, and communication skills
  • Professional, client-facing approach with strong attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Qualification in interior decorating or design
  • Experience in a design studio or high-end residential environment
  • Familiarity with trade procurement, staging, or photoshoots

Compensation

  • Salary: USD $40,000 – $80,000 dependent on experience and portfolio strength
  • Vacation: 15 days
  • Healthcare: 50% coverage
  • Pension: 5% contributions

If you’re passionate about creating beautiful, cohesive interiors and want to grow within a collaborative design environment, we’d love to hear from you.
