Now Hiring: Marketing & Public Relations Lead
A well-established Cayman organisation is seeking a seasoned, creative, and strategic Marketing & PR lead to manage all branding, marketing, and communication efforts. This is the first in-house marketing hire, offering a rare opportunity to build the organisation’s marketing function from the ground up with full ownership of strategy and execution. This role blends strategy, hands-on marketing execution, and creative development.
? Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy

• Establish brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all digital and offline materials.
• Oversee design and production of marketing materials
  Develop clear, aligned messaging for internal and external audiences

Digital & Social Media
• Plan, create, and manage content across digital platforms
• Develop campaigns to grow visibility and engagement
Communications & PR
• Draft campaigns, announcements, and organisational updates
• Write press releases and coordinate with local media outlets
• Manage communications across community and business partnerships
Events & Engagement
• Plan and coordinate key events throughout the year
• Support community initiatives and outreach efforts
? Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re seeking someone who brings:
? Demonstrable experience in marketing, communications, or brand management in agency or industry
? Strong digital marketing and social media experience
? Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
? Experience coordinating events, partnerships, and media outreach
? Ability to work independently as the sole in-house marketing professional

• CI$40K–$55K salary
