Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The successful applicant will be responsible for the production of all pastry products of the finest quality under the direction of the Executive Chef

• Must be knowledgeable of food handling and safety, and maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen/station, and ensure sanitation standards are in compliance with the regulations of the Cayman Islands

• Will complete mise en place and set up station for banquets, breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service

• Must have knowledge of international bread, desserts and ingredients

• Able to meet tight deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
