Job Description

Senior Corporate Administrator

Our client is a global leader in fund services, corporate governance, and related asset management, with a presence across 50 offices worldwide. Due to business expansion and internal promotions, we are searching for a Junior Corporate Admin on their behalf, to join the business based in Cayman. This role will work in the Company Manager division, supporting their Hedge Fund clients.

About the role:

  • Manage registered office and board support for key clients, ensuring timely and professional service via face-to-face, phone, and email.
  • Support business growth and improve operational processes.
  • Handle incorporations, registers, and document drafting for your portfolio.
  • Complete statutory filings accurately and on time, liaising with authorities as needed.
  • Arrange document signing and legalization.
  • Coordinate board meetings, prepare board packs, and draft minutes.
  • Provide company secretarial support as required.
  • Manage internal administration efficiently.
  • Participate in projects when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services or legal industry.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good planning, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team, collaborating with other departments.
  • ICSA qualification (full or partial) preferred.
  • Understanding of AML/KYC and Compliance regulations.
  • Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly motivated with a methodical approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Minute taking experience is critical, with fund minute taking experience preferred. But, legal/financial service experience will all be considered
