Job Description:
We are actively seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our client teams dedicated to servicing alternative investment funds, including Private Debt, Private Equity, and Hedge Funds.
The chosen candidates will play a crucial role in providing accounting, valuation, investor relations, risk management, and corporate administration services for a portfolio of highly intricate investment funds on behalf of challenging institutional clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting, valuation, investor relations, risk management, corporate administration services for a diverse group of complex investment funds.
• Servicing alternative investment funds, including Private Debt, Private Equity, and Hedge Funds.
• Manage client relationships, facilitate new business integration, and meet stringent reporting deadlines and obligations set by our clients.
• Stay abreast of changes in regulatory frameworks, ensuring adherence to relevant financial regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Hold a professional public accounting qualification at a minimum.
• Possess experience in a similar role or a combined role involving complex securities and derivatives products.
• Demonstrate a high level of expertise and technical knowledge in alternative investment products, operations, and the offshore financial services industry, covering systems technology, valuation, accounting, share transfer and registration, prime brokerage, financing, and custody.
• Experience with portfolio management and analytics systems would be considered an asset.
