Senior Human Resource Manager - On behalf of our client

Role Overview:

This role plays an integral part within the organisation, and support all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, disciplinary matters, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advise and support management on employee matters.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Oversee immigration and work permit processes.
• Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and HR policies.
• Review compensation and benefits for market competitiveness and compliance.
• Drive staff engagement, development, and performance management.
• Address employee relations matters and resolve conflicts.
• Provide HR reporting and insights to support management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Caymanian status holder and rights to work applications will be prioritised.
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in HR
• SHRM certified
• CISHRP Certificate in HR Management
• Experience inconflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
• Restaurant/Hospitality industry knowledge/experience a big plus
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

What’s in it for you:

Salary offered is up to CI$65,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
