Senior Recruitment Consultant

Baraud is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team in the Cayman Islands.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic senior level consultant who has excellent interpersonal skills and has a strong background working within legal and financial sectors and must be confident, and able to build rapport with senior level executives.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of full recruitment life cycle as part of a collaborative working environment to meet targets and KPI’s.
• Develop proactive, innovative sourcing strategies to identify, recruit, and select highly qualified talent for both permanent and temporary roles.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across a multitude of channels to develop relationships with key professionals to create a pipeline of diverse talent for targeted positions both locally and internationally.
• Actively engage in Business Development to build new client relationships and strengthen existing client relationships.

Requirements:

• Clear commitment and desire to relocating to the Cayman Islands.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Law preferred.
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Agency recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients and ability to cross all services of the business.
• A track record of consistent billing.

A competitive, tax-free salary, and generous commission scheme. A relocation package to assist with your move to the Cayman Islands will be provided.
