Legal and Regulatory Compliance Executives

Baraud is working with a Financial Services company within the Special Economic Zone who is focussed on expanding their Cayman office through strategic growth.

This large global organisation, employing over 1400 globally opened their Cayman office almost three years ago and it has been going from strength to strength. Baraud has a fantastic working relationship with this entity and have recruited over half of the employees into the office.

Experience:
Our client is seeking applications from experienced individual across the following specialisms:

• Regulatory Reporting Specialists
• Compliance Specialists – ideally with compliance projects work. Multi-jurisdictional exposure and experience within a regulatory body is ideal.
• Legal – Corporate & Commercial individuals with strong contracts and complaints exposure. Ideally some tech focussed work too.

Our client has a unique model in that roles can be created around someone’s skillset. They will work with you and ascertain what a role within their global organisation could look like for you. Experience throughout your career must have been gained within top tier financial services departments, top tier legal practices, regulatory bodies or tech focussed companies.
