Baraud is supporting one of the highest-ranking offshore Trusts and Private Wealth teams in the Cayman Islands, seeking to expand their team with a new Private Wealth Lawyer at 3-5 years PQE.

This is an expansion role due to internal promotions and so if you are ambitious and driven Trusts and Private Wealth lawyer seeking an offshore role with strong progression and development this role should stand out.

The Role:

• In this role you will work in a team of two Partners and three senior associates.
• Your workload will be a broad and varied caseload consisting of non contentious, and contentious matters.
• This is a top-ranking Private Wealth department that could really propel your offshore private wealth career. You will work closely with the globally leading Partners of the team and be encouraged to carve your own career with the same standards of excellence.

Experience:

• Although contentious experience is ideal, those from purely non-contentious backgrounds will be happily considered.
• Ideally you will have had exposure to high-net-worth clients, private family offices and investment managers with some multi-jurisdictional offshore exposure.
• Strong academics to date and experience within another leading private wealth department is essential and a minimum 3-year PQE requirement from a recognised commonwealth jurisdiction.
