Senior Corporate Administrator

An established and highly respected law firm in the Cayman Islands is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Administrator to join its growing Corporate Services team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and assist with drafting documentation relating to the administration of a portfolio of companies, partnerships and trusts.
  • Maintain accurate records across internal databases.
  • Compile fee data and information for budgeting, risk reporting and portfolio analysis
  • Review and sign off work completed by junior administrators, providing guidance and feedback where required.
  • Support the development and technical upskilling of Corporate Administrators and Assistant Corporate Administrators
  • Assist with management reporting and risk reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Corporate Administrator within a professional services or financial services environment.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred including supporting the development of junior corporate administrators. However, those with mentoring experience, strong leadership skills that are ready for that next step will be happily considered.
  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate administration across companies, partnerships and trusts is essential. Technical testing will form part of the interview process, so our client is really seeking individuals that have good technical knowledge.
  • Naturally experience working with corporate administration systems such as CORIS, CAP and REEFS is essential.
