A leading offshore law firm in Cayman is seeking a high-calibre Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join its dynamic and growing practice. This is a rare offshore opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join a firm and work on high-value, complex real estate finance transactions for a variety of big-ticket clients such as global banks and ultra high net worth private lenders.

The Role

• Primary focus on a diverse mix of high-end real estate finance matters
• Our client truly has an enviable, premium global client base and so you will be exposed to the very best Real Estate Finance matters that the jurisdiction has to offer.
• Exposure to borrower-side, lender-side, and private lending work
• On occasion, there will be an opportunity to broaden into corporate lending, funds finance, and project finance as part of a well-rounded finance practice and collaborate with senior specialists who will support you on these matters.

Experience:
The following are essential requirements, and those that fall outside this criteria will not be considered:

• 6–15 years’ PQE with strong real estate finance experience from a recognised commonwealth jurisdiction.
• Offshore experience preferred, though strong candidates from leading City or international firms are encouraged to apply
• This is a prestigious firm and so an excellent academic history and longevity held within other top tier real estate finance private practice departments is essential.
• Confident handling complex transactions and prepared to adapt across finance disciplines if required.
