Corporate Lawyer

A leading offshore law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer (5+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Cayman Islands office.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with demonstrable experience across capital markets and M&A transactions. You will work on complex, high-value, cross-border matters for an international client base, including financial institutions, funds, sponsors, and multinational corporates.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be qualified within a recognised commonwealth jurisdiction and have a minimum 5 years post qualification experience. It is expected that this experience has been gained at a top tier international law firm.
• Proven experience in capital markets and M&A experience is essential.
