Corporate Associate (BVI)

A top tier offshore private practice seeks a Corporate Associate to join their British Virgin Islands office. The Role
-This opportunity sits within one of the most sizeable corporate departments in the British Virgin Islands and so you will have the full support of recognised Partners. There is an excellent team dynamic and culture in this department so for those without offshore experience you will be fully supported and encouraged to grow in this role.
-You will be exposed to a broad range of corporate and banking finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, refinancing and restructurings, joint ventures, and general corporate and commercial advisory work.

Requirements
-You must be a 3-5years PQE Corporate Associate from a commonwealth jurisdiction. Our client is happy to consider those from international and regional firms.  
-The ideal candidate will have some offshore experience, however Corporate Associates with no offshore experience will absolutely be considered for this opportunity.
-Our client is looking for an Associate that has longevity on their CV and is committed to a career in the jurisdiction of the British Virgin Islands.
