Corporate Administrator – Cayman Islands
A leading global provider of corporate and fiduciary services is seeking a Corporate Administrator to join its Cayman-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work in a dynamic environment known for its collegiality, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
Suitably qualified Caymanians/right to work holders are preferred.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of entities, including regulated funds, SPCs, holding companies, and other corporate structures. This role requires independence, accuracy, and a client-focused approach, supporting a wide range of corporate and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer a portfolio of client entities to a high standard of quality and turnaround.
- Act as the main point of contact for client instructions and inquiries.
- Prepare formation and onboarding documentation, including resolutions, minutes, and filings.
- Work with the Compliance team to ensure AML/KYC requirements are met.
- Maintain statutory records and registers using ViewPoint and iManage systems.
- File documents with local regulators (ROC, DCI, CIMA) including CORIS, CAPS, and REEFS submissions.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a corporate services role within a law firm or another professional services environment.
- Strong working knowledge of CORIS, CAPS, REEFS, and corporate administration software (ViewPoint preferred).
- Proven experience with regulated entities and registered office services is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
