Corporate Paralegal, Cayman Islands

Baraud is supporting our client, an international offshore law firm, with an expansion role for a Corporate Paralegal within their prestigious corporate department.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. A proven background in M&A, attention to detail, an individual that is technically savvy with IT systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a corporate paralegal.
• Previous experience supporting a team of Attorney’s with complex M&A transactions is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
